Set tab order based upon Y,X coordinates so it doesn't default to the order in which the visual was added to the page.

I just spent 10 minutes looking for the Orientation setting for an existing Slicer, as I wanted to turn it into the horizontal layout.

I knew where to find it...it just wasn't showing up. There it isn't on the left. There it is on the right.
